Good Boots, Poor Service
Don’t get me wrong as I’ve supported REI since 1968 but the ski boot fitting service was poor. These boots require heating to mold the liner to your feet once inside the boot shell. REI sells the boots but doesn’t have the equipment to heat them. Also received no assistance on how to adjust the boot cuff angle-a cool feature but not if don’t receive instructions on how to do it. I believe the boots would have been very good but when told we had to go to a ski shop to have them fitted we returned them (brand new).
