Grabbed this helmet after the dial system on a cheap amazon helmet broke during a fall (picked up a concussion in that one too). This helmet feels great and fits well. While I've also knocked my head in this, haven't had any repeat injuries or damage to the helmet - but of course no fall is the same. The vents aren't adjustable but my head usually runs hot then gets sweaty and the existing venting on the jackson does a good job of getting air flow through. Pretty stylish as well. Came with a soft carrying bag as well so it wont pick up any scratches if you pack it with other snow gear. overall no complaints, solid helmet
My review isn't for the new Giro Jackson helmet I just bought, it's for the previous one I owned that saved my life. Had a very bad fall off a black ski run in Sun Valley. Banged my head several times on the icy slope. The helmet had some dents in it but it did it's job. I needed a new helmet and the ONLY helmet I would consider is the one I know works. Bought the Jackson again and now I'm a Giro for life customer!
Hi, went to main Seattle location looking for best ski helmet selection. Thomas was terrific; great product knowledge and super helpful trying and fitting a number of helmets. Selected color not in stock, shipping was free and quick. Great helmet, thanks.
