NEMO  Fillo King Luxury Camping Pillow

…that I’ve literally been using this as my pillow every night at home. I like it slightly deflated, and it feels very natural. It’s more comfortable than my regular pillow.

This pillow is amazing. I am extremely picky with pillows, even at home, and the minute I started to blow this one up, I was in love. Everything about it is amazing, from the adjustable firmness, to the real pillow feel, to the cover. It’s so so comfy. I love how it fits perfectly in the sleeve in my Nemo sleeping bag. Amazing.

The NEMO King Fillo Pillow completely changed how I sleep while camping. I used it during a cold‑weather trip to Joshua Tree, paired with the Jazz 30 Double Sleeping Bag and Roamer Double Wide pad, and it honestly felt like bringing my bed from home into the desert. The size is perfect—big, supportive, and actually feels like a real pillow instead of a flimsy inflatable. The foam-and-air design strikes the ideal balance between softness and support, keeping my neck comfortable all night with zero adjusting. It stayed in place, didn’t slide around, and didn’t lose firmness overnight. If you’ve ever struggled to sleep camping because of bad pillows, this one is a total game changer. Comfortable, supportive, and well worth the space it takes up. 10/10. I won’t camp without it.

I camp quite a bit, but less than half is backpacking, the rest is by car, motorcycle, or canoe. After a week on the river using my backpacking pad and a PFD pillow, I had the ephiphany, and said enough is enough, I am going to sleep on my side like God intended. I bought this pillow and the fancy Roamer pad from NEMO. Sleeping great means the days are better. Quality is top notch, buy once, cry once. Thanks NEMO.

I’ve tried several camping pillows, and the Nemo Fillo King is by far one of the most comfortable. It actually feels close to a real pillow instead of a typical inflatable camp pillow. It’s soft, supportive, and makes a big difference for both backpacking and camping. Not the smallest option out there, but well worth it for the comfort. I’ve slept much better since getting it and would definitely recommend it.

I thought this would be like the standard Fillo but with a thicker foam pad and a thicker air bladder. Instead this is - inexplicably - foam INSIDE a thin plastic bag. So its basically any other uncomfortable inflatable pillow, except the foam makes it pack away much bigger. Worst of both worlds.

The closest I've come so far after using a half dozen "backcountry pillows" to the real deal. You don't actually need to add much air as the foam inside bounces back to give it the ideal amount of firmness without feeling like a balloon.

Big enough to help with not getting acid reflux from using a small camping pillow. Takes some fiddling to adjust it so it doesn’t crush your ear if you are sleeping on your side.

Product was as described. Shipping was disappointing. Pillow was not in a protective covering inside packing material. It was just stuffed in a bubble envelope. I also had a gift message to be sent along with item but that was no where to be seen.

I'm a huge fan of Nemo pillows, and this one is a winner for car camping. It’s super portable but feels like a real pillow once you’re settled in. If you want the ultimate setup, pair it with the Nemo Roamer—it's a total game-changer for comfort!
