Three minutes of use
Son (nine years old) tried them on last night for fit (first cold day today, wanted to get ready). This morning, wrote his name on the tags and headed out the door. Three minutes into the walk, "my hand is cold". He shows me his left hand and the seam of the glove from the base of the index finger to the thumb has already split. *THREE MINUTES* into ownership. Generally once I take "ownership" (like writing my son's name on the tag) of something I don't like to return it. But this is unacceptable. REI of Paramus, here I come.
Great fit and comfortable

It's hard to get him to wear anything to keep him warm. It was 40° yesterday, he was wearing short sleeve jersey and shorts, but also his gloves. He won't wear anything that he doesn't find comfortable, so these must be good.
