I got these shoes for a gravel bike (with essentially road bike geometry) and they're working fine. They have the fit and feel of road shoes and yet the sole and underpinnings of a mountain shoe with either SPD or CrankBros cleats. Stiff sole but reasonably walkable. I got the 45M size (based only on my reliable sizing of 44.5M Sidi road shoes). They fit as expected. That wider design may, however, be the issue with my one concern with these shoes. The left shoe seems to be just wide enough that it rubs against the crank arm on every rev. In early use that has caused just a bit of the inside toe to rub away. See pic. At some point I'll clip it off and hopefully that will be that. We'll see. Oddly, the right shoe does not rub against the crank arm like the left. I'm using these with CrankBros pedals and cleats.
