Black Diamond  Technician Jogger Pants - Women's

I want to love these- the material is perfect for all my outtings just like other BD pants. Unfortunately, they are more like 2/3 pants/capris on me. For references, I'm 5'8" and 145lbs. So not super tall but taller than average. I wish there was an option to have longer options in joggers. These barely reach the top of my tall hiking socks. So not great for going through brush or adverse weather for me. They are super comfortable with good stretch. I use them for everyday pants or climbing and they are great for that. Also, LOVE LOVE the waistband. I'm all about the no zipper or button options.

So glad I took these with me on a 10 day Cotswold Way hike. I bought the Moab Brown color, which is definitely Orange-toned and works really well with blues and some greens. These worked well at 55-75 degrees, and dried quickly after rains. Really love the pants - the only thing to be aware of is that the waistband will loosen over several days of repeat use. I kind of wish I would’ve bought a size smaller - maybe the next pair!

These pants are comfortable with nice fabric. The elastic waistband and zippered pocket are what we all want. The fabric dries quickly so you can just go for a swim after climbing, or sweat a lot and be dry. I have longer legs and they are short on me. If one needed ankle protection for crack climbing, these are less than ideal, but I definitely recommend them for petite ladies or shants in the heat of the summer.

I tried on size small in a store, needed an XS, so ordered those. They are pretty short, as pictured online (I'm 5'5" and they are above the ankle. I like the 'gold' color, something different. Pockets are great and appreciate the zipped ones and the back pockets. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is I'd like a bit more stretch when climbing.

I love the concept, however if you have a butt these are weirdly inflexible and pull down in the back when you bend or squat, movement that is pretty standard in climbing. They fit weird. They either need to be stretchier material or have extra fabric in the butt.

These are my new favorite climbing pants, though I wish they made them in an XXS. Love a pant that has a wide waistband and a side phone pocket.

I wear these to the climbing gym. I wear them to work. I wear them around town. They are the perfect all-around pant.

Love these pants, only downside for me is the waist is a little big but the rest of the pants fit great

Very comfortable, very elastic. Dry fast. Perfect for climbing and just being comfortable.
