warm without being too bulky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this coat so much that he wanted the exact same one but in a different size. I'm grateful that Columbia continues to sell this style and color. We bought a slightly larger size so that he can layer underneath. The hood fits his head nicely so that it's not too snug yet doesn't slip off, thereby keeping his head warm. It's roomy enough to allow for a stocking cap.
My son is happy
My son is happy and warm. He has sensory perception struggles, so many jackets don’t work for him because he perceives them as uncomfortable. It has been tough to find a jacket that will keep him warm in cold Midwestern winters and be comfortable. This jacket ticks all the boxes, highly recommend!
