Perfect marriage of weight, power, and fit!

Quick review after a few early season tours- this is an excellent boot. Great heel hold but a comfortable (still lower volume) mid and forefoot for good retention on the up, and down, without discomfort. This boot is a great marriage of lightweight efficiency with a reasonably stiff flex pattern. I've used a ski up to 109 in the waist and been very pleasantly surprised how effectively I can drive my full quiver of skis. I've owned many, many, ski boots over the last 2 decades of ski touring and the Kilo has quickly moved to the top of my favorites list.

Great skiing/Great ROM

I love the uphill efficiency combined with the downhill stiffness. I paired my boots with the Atomic Backland 95, and its been a good match from Day 1. My boots fit me straight out of the box. I believe the heel is on the narrower side but with ample room for warm toes. I have always been 27.5 and I am 27.5 in the Kilo. Looking forward to spring missions in this boot.
