[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Marmot is the brand I did not know before, but is now my go-to for jacket. This Gore-Tex Rain jacket is an absolute beast!! It keeps me extremely warm (and even hot) in the cold and windy winter of Korea. It fits so well that I can have layers underneath or another layers outside if needed. I washed it with cold water and air-dry as instructed multiple times without noticing any shrinking or damage to the layers. OH AND POCKETS. 2 standard and 1 chest, all zippered. Super convenient to store your hotel cards or extra cash!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is very lightweight but it protects from all the elements very well. It is breathable but yet still repels the weather, the rain just rolls right off it, and doesn’t make you get all hot and clammy while wearing it. Even the hood is breathable. It has extra pockets to hold all your stuff. It has a nice smooth soft zipper with velcro straps to strap around your wrist to also help keep the air out. The hood has a nice small visor on it so it can help keep the sun out of your eyes. The collar of the jacket actually goes up high enough to cover part of your face to also help block from any weather. It is very nice to pack and takes up little to no room and not weigh your bag down. Got a size medium for a 6’ tall male weighing around 160 and it fits him perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Marmot jacket is really nice. It’s not only stylish but it’s lightweight and does a great job with the wind and the rain. The hood is a good size and has a brim to keep the rain off your face. When i’m wearing my glasses it helps keep the drips off. Although the hood is not detachable, it does adjust from the back to keep it out of the way. The high collar also does a good job of keeping you dry and blocking the wind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very lightweight but durable rain jacket! The material seems like it could be formed a bit better to allow for better movement. However, I do like that it has a Gore-Tex layer. The zippered pockets are a bonus so that you can keep things secure. There are vents on the underarm. And it also has hidden pull strings around the hood and waist. As well as Velcro to tighten around your wrists. It also washed up really well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gore-Tex material feels sturdy and does do a good job blocking the wind and rain. It’s lightweight, and the good has great coverage. If it's cold you will definitely want to layer and put the jacket on top, but overall it seems like a solid, reliable outer layer that will keep you dry. It also has 2 zippers under the arms so if you get hot you can get some air without taking that jacket off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Marmot Waypoint Gore-Tex Rain Jacket is repellent making it perfect for rainy and snowy conditions! Both the wrist and hood are adjustable which is nice to help keep you dry and warm. The structured hood stays up keeping the rain out of your face. Another great feature is how packable and lightweight the jacket is, making it easy to take along on any adventure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rain jacket ticks all our boxes! It fits great, keeps you dry and warm enough without overheating, and has some nice to have features like zippered pockets, interior pockets, and adjustment points in the waist and wrists. We really put this through the test and, even during a pretty rough storm, this jacket did its job well. Would highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been raining for the past few weeks in California, this has been a great addition to my closet. I normally wear a XL size, this fits a bit loose over a T-shirt, however is the perfect size as an overcoat. Material is waterproof and breathable, which is a rare combo for rainwear, usually you can't have both. The zippers are also designed for water resistance. For those who heat up easily, there are vents on the armpit area that are easily accessible. My favorite functions are the waist adjustment, hood adjustment and the chest pocket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Marmot Waypoint Gore-Tex Rain Jacket has a hood that adjusts easily and stays secure even in windy, rainy conditions. Its breathability is excellent I stay dry from rain while still feeling comfortable and not overheated. The jacket feels lightweight on, so it's easy to wear all day without feeling bulky. Care is simple, and it holds up well after use without losing its waterproof performance. Overall, the design is thoughtful and functional, making it a great choice for outdoor adventures!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always gone to marmot for the past 15 years when needing outdoor gear - my first marmot rain jacket was purchased for my first trip to Costa Rica in which we traveled all regions - my sister even borrowed it for her trip there the next year. It keeps you dry and ventilated with the under arm vents and is so well made - all zippers and toggles are high quality as expected. My entire family now owns their own marmot rain jacket and I recommend the brand to everyone! For is true to size and my son who wears a large at almost 6 ft 180 lbs loves how it’s not too baggy nor slim and doesn’t make a whole lot of swoosh sounds ! Absolutely recommend this jacket !🧥 it’s so hard to show the color in photos but this yellow is a beautiful goldenrod in person . Was surprised at how much I love the color .
