Honestly, such a high quality tent. I would 100 percent repurchase, but I probs won't have to
This is a great little tent for roof top camping. It’s light enough for most factory roof racks and it comes with the hardware to mount it as well. I chose to mount it to an overland bed rack so we bought the correct channel and upgraded the mounting system. The base of the tent is predrilled and it was pretty easy to do. The tent is big enough for two adults but that is it. The quality of the fabrics and the rest of the build is good and we are looking forward to many years of use.
Used it since 2021 on multiple vehicles. It has given me no issues and will continue to last a long time. Take care of your gear and it will take care of you.
This is our first ever car tent purchase and we absolutely love it! We attached the hardware to the bottom of the tent and installed it on our SUV and slept in it while parked in our driveway to get a feel for it. The mattress is perfectly comfortable and my husband is happy with the length of the mattress - he's 6'0 and can full on stretch out with his arms overhead. The skylight is awesome as are the full windows. Love the side pouches for phone, etc. Above all, the construction of the tent is very good - we're confident this tent will last many years with about 4 times per year use. I would like to point out, however, we're in our early 60's and need to ask a younger neighbor to assist my husband when raising the tent to the roof of the car. I'm not able to safely help my husband lift it. It's only 100 pounds, but still.
The tent itself has an excellent design. But when purchasing it says it can fit up to 2 individuals. Maybe, if 2 people lay completely straight and are not larger on the stature side. For Something that is advertised as HD. The stowaway cover stitching started to come apart. I did not get to use this simply because once installed I realized it was way to small for my intended use but I am sure for SOLO adventurers this would be ideal.
A ton of windows including two on top that are great for stargazing. Fairly easy install and better mounting system than a bunch of hardware. Overall good option for a soft rtt.
