Stable, Comfortable, and Responsive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pair mainly for jogging and interval training. I styled it with an all-black outfit, as well as with a black T-shirt and light beige shorts for a fresh look. The fit felt natural and secure. I even tried wearing one foot with v4 and the other with v5, and it was like running in two completely different shoes — v5 gave me a much greater sense of stability. With v4 alone I never noticed it, but the improvement in stability is very clear. The forefoot and midfoot width feels better adjusted and slightly tighter, which makes the shoe fit more smoothly without discomfort. Because of that, I could also feel a nice rebound with every step.

The coolest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can rate this shoe with a 5. Compared to the V4, it gives me more stability. I'm trying to gain speed with series of 400 meters, 1000 meters, 2000 meters, and 3000 meters. These are the shoes I use the most. They wear out less than the V4, which didn't last long. I run 30 to 40 km a week on the track, and they're my favorites when I have to go at a pace less than 4 per kilometer. The new colors are incredible. The improvement in this model is immediately noticeable.

Looks great but really bad for running or jogging

The shoe looks great aesthetically however not great for running. In just two weeks the bottom sole worn off with literally no threads left. These are way too soft and I am not even a hardcore running. I uust do light jogging. The quality of these shoes are not great with price NB is charging customers. I do not recommend it. I submitted a complaint as well for ripping me off with poor quality product

Light, Fast, and Versatile 🔥😎

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FuelCell Rebel v5 is one of those shoes that instantly makes running feel lighter and faster. It’s super comfortable, very responsive, and a great all-rounder—capable of handling daily training, recovery runs, or tempo efforts without a problem.

Comfortable, fun to run in, and surprisingly versa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been running in the New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5 for a little over a month now, and honestly, I’ve been really impressed. I had been looking for something lightweight but still cushioned enough for daily runs, and they’ve hit that sweet spot. The ride feels soft underfoot but still has a nice bit of pop when I pick up the pace which is perfect for easy miles and the occasional tempo. They fit true to size for me, with a secure midfoot and just enough room in the toe box to stay comfortable on longer runs. The upper feels snug without being restrictive, although it can get a little warm on hot days. Traction has been solid on dry pavement, and even in light rain they’ve held up well. After around 150 km, they’re showing minimal wear, which is better than I expected given the exposed foam in the midfoot. If I had to nitpick, they’re not the most stable on sharp turns or super fast efforts, but that’s not what I need them for anyway. Overall, they’ve become my go-to shoe for most runs - comfortable, fun to run in, and surprisingly versatile.

Solid everyday running shoe

The bounce is really great and the shoe feauters something like a “feet holder” I don’t know how to call it but it holds your feet in which is really great when going for longer runs. The color it great, very lightweight and easily dries.

Did not last 5 miles a day walking.

I was disappointed in the FuelCell Rebel v5. I walk 5 miles everyday and these shoes didn't last 2 months before getting a hole clear through the right heal of the shoe and getting a hole on the left one. (see pics) The heal of the shoe needs more support on the outsole.

Comfy Squishy Daily Trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great squish, very comfortable, but unfortunately my knee didnt like it. I have struggled with squishy shoes for the past couple years and was hoping that the NB Rebel would finally work for me at the v5. Sadly I think my anatomy wont work with the rebel lineup :/
