Excited for this new jacket! My new fuego max is so light I didn't think it would be warm. . . But it is amazing and toasty especially while hiking and moving. I have a fuego that I have worn to death, lol, from about 3 years ago and it weighs the same and is sooooo warm especially when moving. Its a bit boxy but thats great for layering. I will see how durable it is with time, since the outside is so soft it seems like it would not be as tough. I'd say it is roomier than my old fuego, they are both XS, I am 5'1" and around 120 lbs.
This is the perfect packable puffer for my upcoming hiking trip. I LOVE that this coat stuffs into its own pocket fits easily in my travel backpack. Although I own several of Cotopaxi’s brightly colored jackets and packs, I am excited this coat was offered in a “go with everything” neutral. Warm, packable, and with ample pockets!
I think the jacket is lovely. My only suggestion would be to have more information and even possibly another style selection for those who want a more fitted look—my new jacket is pretty large around the midsection for my body shape.
I was initially worried with how light the jacket was that it wouldn’t be warm, but it is so incredibly warm for the harsh northeast winters!
The feather down leaks out of this jacket like water through a sieve. Hoping it doesn’t lose all of its warmth in its first season, and that Cotopaxi honors their warranty.
We went with this jacket over the arctyrcs and love them so much. My husband and I got matching ones and they are amazing. So comfortable, cute, and keep you SO warm.
This jacket is cozy and will definitely keep you warm. My only complaint is that it does seem to be a little narrow on the shoulders.
Love this upgrade to my original fuego! While I still love it, this is such a great addition for those extra cold days!
Love this coat. It is lightweight, warm and cute on! Looking forward to using it more this winter
