The best “prepared for anything” travel jacket!

I typically go to a spot above the Arctic Circle in mid-winter so I know what gear to take. Next year is my first time being there during summer…and it’s hard to anticipate a weather pattern that has a mind of its own. This jacket is 3-layer so it seriously protects against rain and wind, warm enough to wear on its own or layer up with merino wool sweaters underneath, and it’s packable so it’s tiny in my suitcase and easy to take along in my backpack. I tried others but after a lot of research Helly Hansen takes the lead both in price and quality. Thank you REI!

Bought again

I have a HH rain jacket that I have had for over 12 years. It has been all over the world with me. I decided to replace it with another Hh. So far, I love the style and fit.
