Great Outer Layer or Light Jacket

This is an excellent light weight jacket that makes a great outer wind and waterproof layer. Not a lot of insulation so if it is cold you need some layering. True to size with an athletic fit. Great value for the $$.

Too large, sleeves too long, no lining.

Too large w sleeves too long w no adjustment. I thought there would be some kind of lining, like a light fleece.
