The material feels high quality, lightweight, and breathable, but at the same time it actually keeps the rain out. I tested it in wet and windy weather and stayed completely dry and comfortable. The fit is great — not bulky or stiff like some rain jackets can be — and it layers nicely over a hoodie or sweater. I also love that it doesn’t feel heavy or plastic-y, and it moves easily when walking or hiking. The hood and zipper are well made, and overall it feels like a durable, well-designed jacket that you can wear both for everyday errands and outdoor activities. Definitely a great investment if you want something practical, comfortable, and reliable for rainy days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Men’s Marmot Superalloy Bio Rain Jacket is a light weight, comfortable jacket that keeps me dry when I am outside in the elements. The craftsmanship makes the feel of materials soft and durable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Marmot Superalloy Bio Rain Jacket for my husband, and we’re both thrilled with the choice! The jacket is lightweight yet incredibly effective at keeping him dry. The medium size is a bit snug around the waist, but given that he's lost some weight, I’m confident it will fit perfectly once he sheds a few more pounds. Overall, it seems true to size and has a nice design which he loves. The color is also perfect for hunting. It’s lightweight and breathable. The zipper zips smoothly without getting caught. The pockets are nice and the hood is perfect for rainy days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and functional rain jacket!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice jacket !! Very weatherproof ive been having alot of rain where im from and this jackets helps to stay dry!! Its so lightweight I can literally pack it up and put in my purse if I wanted to I love the little pocket on chest makes it easy access for your ID etc. Another nice feature is that it zips up really high for a more face coverage and the hood covers top of the head more then most rain jackets I've had I also LOVE the color highly recommend this jacket!!
Seemed great, then the second time i packed it back into its own pocket, one of the tabs tore… how can that be on a new item? I contacted Marmot three days ago (Case #48724743), but still no response. I have really enjoyed other Marmot items - have had one backpack for over 29 years and used it on multiple long (30+ miles walks and hikes) as well as as a reliable carry-on for other trips… but here I have a manufacturing defect and no response? 🤷♂️
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maramot Superalloy Bio Rain Jacket in this beautiful Brick color is my husbands new goto rain jacket. I absolutely love this color. It is very light weight. Material is great you can definitely tell it is a great quality rain jacket. It has great coverage with the hood that covers and is snug. Has large pockets and high quality zipper sealing the jacket tight. It’s not noisy like most rain jackets are.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took this all hiking and this jacket was amazing! It is so light weight and durable for all activities! Its sleek design is great for layering and the hood is designed to protect from wind and rain! The orange color looks great and I would definitely recommend this jacket for any outdoorsman!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems great for material and design... But I didn't get to use it... Size XXL, supposed to fir chest 47-50 inches, was way too large ! Trying to return it for a smaller one ! Will then leave another review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight! Great for being active while outside because it doesn’t weight itsself down like other rain jackets. The price is pretty steep but after being used I see why the quality is worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rain jacket is a lot lighter than I expected, but it still feels well-made and protective. It’s fully waterproof without being bulky, and it packs down easily, which makes it convenient to keep on hand. Even though it’s lightweight, it works really well for the PNW and holds up in steady rain. I got a size large and it fits true to size, with enough room to layer comfortably. It’s also breathable, so it doesn’t feel stuffy. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable rain jacket that’s easy to wear regularly.
