Comfortable from day 1 out of the box. I wear size 11 and that's what I ordered and the fit like a glove...wore them over 7 hours at 103 degrees here in the desert and my feet weren't sweaty. Honestly my feet feel supported and connected to the ground. they are Comfortable after hours of hiking. Tried a couple of other brands and they were to pillowy/squishy, unnatural. Best of all, they look cool!
