can’t hold air for more than 20 minutes
Didn’t work when I needed it the most. Tube probably holds air for 15-20 minutes and slowly deflates. Did my due diligence and checked for objects in the tire, soap and water trick. Seems like just poor engineering around the valve area and air easily seeps out.
A value in the TPU tube world
These have been ok so far. They have plastic valve stems and I have some concerns about long term durability. So far they have been fine. I’m more concerned about a year or two down the road. Otherwise, they hold air and don’t seem to impact the handling of the bike. If you’re in the fence about TPU tubes, this is a good way to try it for a great price.
Great tubes
Bought a set to replace my standard tubes. They are significantly smaller and weigh less. Been using them for about a month with no issues yet. I bought them alongside new tubes and wheels so it's hard to say exactly what made the most difference in feel but my ride is so smooth now.
Excellent TPU TUBES!
Big upgrade over butyl. Much lighter and smaller so storing is so simple for those long rides or bike packing trips.
