I honestly love these pants (size M)! I'm 5'1'' and 135-ish pounds with a sorta pear shaped build. These pants are great if you're my build and taller too; I cuff them twice. If you like a very high-waisted and barrel-style pants look then these are perfect for you! I like the sturdy material of the pants, they're great for working outside/hiking.
Outdoor pants for those of us with big thighs!
Absolutely adore these pants. The standard shape & fit of most outdoors pants are made for straight sized women, not those of us with a larger hip to waist ratio. My thighs have plenty of room!! I'm 5'5", 155lbs, athletic (weightlifting) build, and with the stretchy back waistband, these fit perfectly and are so flattering. The fabric is durable, surprisingly non-constricting, and quick drying. They make a little bit of a swishy noise, but not too bad. These are more three-season for those of you who get snow, but perfectly fine for a PNW "winter". If you have been let down or frustrated by most outdoorsy pants, give these a try!

I’m 5’8 and 135 pounds with slim/athletic build and long legs and short-ish torso. The size small-tall fits perfect. It’s so hard to find women’s pants that are comfortable, well-built, flattering, and reasonably priced. I can wear these at home, hanging with friends, at work, on a chill hike and they are amazing. They’re essentially a drawstring pant (drawstring on the inside and elastic in the back) with a zipper button so they can look tailored, feel comfortable all day, and get over my butt without straining the zipper. I want more colors! I have the green and dark grey/navy but would love the teal color, which is out of stock in my size. Please don’t stop making these! They’re my favorite pants!
Very Baggy
So, I love the colors, material, and fit in the waist. Unfortunately these are entirely too loose from the hip down. I’m super short (4’10.5”) they just don’t look good on me. They’re also super high rise (which I like a lot actually) and the inseam is exactly full length for me. If these came with a tapered leg I’d get them all. For taller folks or people who love a barrel leg pant, you’ll love these!
Absurdly high waist makes for weird fit.
I really liked the shape of these. Most outdoor pants are frumpily utilitarian, which is fine, but these actually had some style to the silhouette. Unfortunately, in the plus sizes, they had an *obscenely* high waist. It was ridiculous. I have a proportionally small waist and carry most of my weight in my seat and thighs. I also like a loose, roomy leg. These should have been absolutely great, and the legs were, but the waist was almost up around my bra band. I am 5'8, and not short-waisted. I don't know who the plus size version of these is intended for, but they were extremely uncomfortable and ended up looking clownish.

I am that weirdo freak that the other reviewer mentioned. I have a tiny waist and huge hips and thighs. I love these pants and want them in every color. I bought the blue in small. I am about 5’7” and 130 pounds and in my 40s.

I LOVE these pants! Yes they are baggy… but they were designed to fit that way. I wear them as more of a fashion pant currently (grocery shopping, hanging out with friends, etc) but can totally see them being great for a weekend camping. I probably wouldn’t go hiking in these but that’s just me. Anyway, they’re cute, comfy, feel very good quality for the price, and I’d definitely recommend them! Sizing: I usually wear a small in REI-brand pants (trailmade, fleece pants, etc) and a 2-4 or 27-28 in pants and I bought a Small. I could have done an XS but the front pockets would have been less functional.
Great for a tall lady
I'm tall (6 feet), so I have trouble finding pants that fit. The M Tall are a great length on me, and the high waist looks good. The barrel pant fit is very cute, and I feel like I could wear these pants in a wide variety of contexts - work, outdoors, hanging out.
Stylish, rugged and comfortable.
Excellent color, super durable. I wish there were a cargo pocket for bending and such without the phone getting creased into me, but other than that these are just about perfect.
Barrel pants! Very big legs.
Although they are not advertised as such, these are serious "barrel" pants! The legs are giant. They fit just right in the waist, then flare out into clownish-looking wide legs that taper in at the ankle. They just looked silly. The material is nice, and the teal color very nice. But the big legs are a deal-breaker! I got a size Small; my waist is 27". hips 39". They will be returned.
