Columbia  Newton Wander Hiking Boots - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable, good traction, excellent water proofing. After 2 or 3 very easy hikes the tread was missing chunks and some pieces I could pull off with my hands if I wanted. I got another pair through the warranty and after one very easy hike that included dirt, small rocks, gravel i can already see a few tiny chunks of tread missing. I don't drag my feet when I walk and I don't think they will be lasting much longer. My girlfriend has the women's version of these and she has been to all those hikes with me and they are fine. So I am not sure if it's just the way I walk or something but I personally need boots that are more durable than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is very good, they feel good for walking and make the air go in and out, they are not as hot as other shoes of this type. My dad loved them and uses them a lot daily to go to the countryside and walk long days. He lives in Ecuador, in a city near the countryside and they have served him a lot as they are less heavy than most shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are beautiful & comfortable right out of the box, specifically the toe box being wide enough. Very stable on wet ground, like walking on hard pack park trails and fields (dog-walking). Stays dry on rainy days. BUT, they squeek. The friction of its material as it flexes while walking is veeeery annoying. Especially in the silence of a nature trail… 😖

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up a pair for my boyfriend when I was out shopping and they are true to size so they fit perfectly. He says they're comfortable and when we were hiking up the mountain they were great for grip going up with the wet leaves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable boots however, because they're waterproof, they tend to be warm. I really like the fit and style, but I live in a warmer climate, so my feet were quite warm.
