Comfortable and versatile!
This pack is insanely comfortable. No complaints yet, although I’ve only used it a few times. The only potential negative is that you can’t fit a “regular” sized water bottle into the side pouch easily. At the very least, the top will stick out. The side pouch also opens toward your body, so if there’s ever a time when the pouch loses its elasticity and no longer grips down on your water bottle, and you’re leaning forward on drop bars, I’d imagine there are some taller / skinnier water bottles out there that may not stay in the pouch too well as you’re riding. But this would be really nice while hiking, so... I was unsure if I wanted to buy one of these because of the price, and fortunately received it as a gift. Now that I’ve used it, I think it’s right on the cusp of being worth the money. If you commute to work/school via bike or bike with “stuff” a lot, I think it’s perfect for that.
Bike commute made faster
I bike commute 5 miles one way, 10 miles total, almost every day. I used panniers for the larger volume and I didn't feel there was a well designed bike specific backpack that could carry everything I needed for work. This pack has done it! I've been bike commuting with this backpack for about a month and it's exceptionally functional. My favorite features are the "stand up" on it's own, the very well ventilated back side and the expandable zipper.
Had the 26L for four years now
And it still looks brand new. This is my every day pack from home to work in Brooklyn. Despite near daily use the pack still looks brand new. It’s very comfortable and the built in frame and mesh netting keeps it from resting directly on my back which keeps me cooler. Plenty of options to adjust it and so many options for storage. The rain fly is a great added bonus. I never write reviews and certainly not this long after a purchase but I think the world should know about this exceptional bag.

I've had this bag for a little over two years, and it has been my day to day solution for everything! I'm a city commuter, walking and biking over 6-7 miles a day with a change of gym clothes, my lunch, college supplies etc., and this bag has been my best friend since Day One. It's the perfect size to fit everything you'll ever need and more! I also use it whenever and wherever I travel. The mesh support is comfortable on the back and your shoulders will be thankful for the padding on the straps. I literally couldn't live without this backpack. Highly recommend getting it!
Not just a bike commuter pack...
...although it is in fact excellent for bike commutes. So far the pack has been worth every penny for multiple activities (hiking, commuting, and bike commuting) and in multiple weather conditions (sun, wet, and rain). During rainy conditions it does live up to its claim of being waterproof. The pack comes with a bright green rain cover with an elastic cinch cord; this is stored in a pouch at the bottom of the pack. I appreciated this design because (a) you'll always have a place to put it and (b) it cushions whatever else you may be carrying if you put the pack on the ground. During wet conditions (i.e. puddles & splashes from traffic) the rain cover is a bit overkill as the pack's fabric is respectably water resistant. My commute takes me about 1:15, and the pack has never given me a problem with my clothes/electronics getting wet or moist in any way. The kickstand frame allows the pack to stand up if you load it properly (heavy stuff near your back), which is cute. It is also comfortable, which is imperative. The adjustable-length straps are well padded, and feel well built/sewn overall. If you ride with drop handlebars and have a shorter neck like I do, the back of your helmet may hit the top of the pack when you look far ahead. This was slightly annoying, but to me it did not detract from the overall quality. I experienced no discomfort at the shoulders nor hips while wearing the pack on a 4 hour hike with 2500' (760m) of elevation gain. The pack is just below the maximum possible size for airplane carry-on bags, which is great because I'm a fan of avoiding the checked luggage whenever possible. TL;DR -- Perfect for many uses. Owned it for a month, not impossible that I will never need to buy another pack again. Time will tell but looks promising.
2 years and still going strong
I bought this backpack over 2 years ago. I live in Barcelona and my main form of commuting day to day is on my bike. Summers in Barcelona can get hot and humid. While this isn't going to fully prevent you from sweating it definitely helps reduce the swamp back you get with most backpacks on a bike. To avoid back sweat completely, get panniers. That said, this is much more than a cycling bag. I use it constantly and take it everywhere including on countless flights. It's very comfortable to wear, holds a ton of stuff and looks good. It really well built and well organized. I've stuffed this countless times without the zippers ever giving me trouble. I've biked with this bag full of groceries or full of wine bottles without issue. The kickstand feature works great at keeping your bag upright which is more convenient than you expect when you first read about it. This is without a doubt the best backpack I've ever owned and after over two years of constant use it's as good as new.
Great bag
The bright green rainfly is very visible and convenient when biking in the rain. I like that the pack stands up on its own with the 'kickstand'. The bag has straps which allows you to adjust the distance between the bottom of the bag and where the shoulder straps connect, although the max height may be too short for tall people. Plenty of small pockets. I ended up buying the green version from Osprey because I liked the color better.
A backpack for the ages
I've had this for a while and really like it. The dual sleeves are great for a laptop and tablet alongside a bunch of space in the main compartment. The front is also spacious with ample organization pockets for cables and charges or whatever else. The built-in rain cover is nice. I initially didn't like the weird water bottle holder, but it has no problem with my 32oz Nalgene and is easier to use while wearing the pack. I really like how the frame keeps the pack off my back and can keep the pack upright while on the floor. The canvas seems to be holding up well with only some minor scuff marks.
Great laptop bag for a frequent traveler
Great bag, use as a laptop travel bag. Fits everything I need all in one place, love that it stand up straight when I set it down, makes it very easy to remove my laptop when onsite with a customer.
This is my favorite backpack
I've had this bag for about a year and a half and I love it. At the time, I was looking for something to take with me to school where I needed to carry a laptop, tablet, associated cables and charging bricks, any random papers, a calculator, pens, pencils, external battery pack, HDMI cable, chapstick, travel utensils, spare deodorant, USB/HDMI adapter, skate tool, spare cash and cards, and so much more. The point is, it carries a ton of stuff and keeps it all super organized. If I need to cram anything else in there, I can expand the pack out. Nowadays I take it with me on overnighters and bring it as my personal item when I fly as it just barely fits under the seat in front of me. Besides the organization, I really love the internal frame and the "kickstand" it provides where I don't need to lean it up against anything. Pros: Organization, internal frame, kickstand, rain cover, sturdiness Cons: Weird water bottle holder (Still fits a 32oz Nalgene)
