Great knife
This is such a great knife. Incredibly sharp and well balanced. It has become the knife I choose first in the kitchen and when I’m traveling and think I may cook it in comes along.

Underwhelmingly Adequate
No, I do not recommend this product
It’s a Benchmade kitchen knife!… But that’s about it. You could spend much less for something 1/3 or less of the price for something just as good. There’s nothing wrong with the knife whatsoever, but I have GOOD if not better kitchen knives that cost WAY less. I feel like I spend $150-$200 more to have a butterfly hanging on the knife magnet in the kitchen.

Amazing kitchen tool
Yes , I recommend this product
Bought this because I enjoy my benchmade pocket knives. Love having their cutlery and this may be the first piece in a fast growing collection. Blade is incredibly sharp out of the box and cuts and cleans up incredibly easy. Ergonomics are incredibly comfortable to handle, even when doing lengthy prep work.
