First off, what your exact true to size is, get that with this shoe. For example, I always get a size 11, because I like 1/2 a thumbs width to the end of the shoe, but doing so in this shoe was too big This upper is breathable and molds to my foot so well. This is like a Speedgoat, but more breathable and it has a rock plate. I can’t say enough good about these shoes. I ran a PR on a trail I’ve ran 100 times in this pair of shoes this week
