Better than others I’ve tried, for sure!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to sample and review the Fatty Mini Smoked Meat Stick in the Jalapeño flavor, by Sweetwood Smoke & Co.. It smells and tastes fresh, and less like chemicals, like I have noticed in other meat sticks on the market. The jalapeño flavor is mild, but builds and is just the right amount of heat for me. You can actually see chunks of jalapeños in the meat- just take a look at my pictures! Due to the size and flavor, I feel more like I’m eating a jalapeño summer sausage, but in a better version, because it has more of the crisp skin. The casing is highly edible, and unlike other brands, I don’t feel the need to take the casing off or deal with the feeling of chewing through a plastic like texture. I highly recommend this product! It would pair well with cheese and crackers for a quick snack. Nice to have for when you are on the go and need a flavorful protein boost. It also opens very easily- no tearing or scissors needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little one loves all kind of beef jerky so we were excited to try Fatty mini smoked meat stick jalapeño flavor. When we bite into it, we can taste the smoked and a tiny bit of the jalapeño flavor. It is not spicy for us like the other brands with jalapeño flavor. I personally like the size of the packaging. I can see myself buying these to put into his lunch box for school or trips.

A ‘Lil Sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try out a Sweetwood Fatty Original meet stick. This wasn’t as greasy as some other sticks and had a nice sweet aftertaste. It only came as a single stick and I’m not sure where are sold, but a larger pack would have been good. I also prefer more kick/spice. This was pretty good overall!

It does not taste like a cheap meat stick either. Super good. I would definitely buy from the store if I ever see one.
