Cannot open chair

I was able to fold my chair at the end of last summer's baseball season. Now that I am ready to use the chair for spring and summer ball I am unable to open it. I can get it about halfway open and it gets stuck. I've had others try to open it for me with no luck. Loved the chair but am very hesitant to buy another one.

Difficult to fold the chair.

Cannot fold the chair in a timely way to pack it up. Have to wrestle with it. Otherwise it is a good product. I hope someone from GCI Outdoors can offer some advice or trick. The instructions on the bag address only the canopy opening and closing. It appears they need to modify the design for easier folding.

Hard to fold.

This is our second and third purchase of this chair. We threw away the first one as it would not fold up. Bought two more this week and one out of the two is very hard to fold up after the first use. Is there an easy solution or instructions on how to fold these chairs?

Sunshade chair

the shade for the chair is hard to put up and down. Maybe there's a secret to it. Now it is bent where it attaches to the chair. Otherwise comfy chair.

A solid, comfortable chair. Height

A solid, comfortable chair. Height is perfect for sitting and standing. A little cumbersome to set up and the shade cover is clunky to move around.

I am having a major problem with opening and closing these chairs. I love them. But they are so hard to open and close. Can someone help me.
