battery cover pops off easily

I bought this yesterday and played with my dog with it for one hour. Within the first 5 minutes, the back cover for the battery/light fell off and the whole battery/light pack fell out. I luckily found it in the snow 3 times (if the frisbee bends it falls off) before another dog took the frisbee and ran. The cover is long gone and now the light doesn’t stay in place defeating the whole purpose. Also the edges are decent at not having crazy tooth indents but the whole frisbee body is very dented/deformed from normal fetch/play for one night.

Strike 2!

One of two batteries were dead. Last month II bought an LED ball from the same manufacturer and also from REI that also came with a dead battery and then went through another set in less than 3 days and then stopped working altogether.
