Good concept, but not enough juice for the squeeze
I am a fan of the concept, but this fell well short of my expectations. For starters, the packaging felt that I was getting a refurbished / returned product. During first test, the controller of one of the units kept shutting off and reading “fault” (both are connected to the same power source, so if there was a fault, it had to be within the control or wiring. Once I was able to get both sides working for a 30 minutes period, I laid on them and could barely feel a difference between the heated topper (on highest heat level) and the bare mattress. Definitely not worth the fuss — which is a bummer because I was optimistically hopeful of a radiant heating solution for my RTT.
best duel system with one issue
We love this system but one of them suffered a major issue and ignik warranty services sent a new one so the company is great. The issue is the power to each pad has an automatic timer that turns off every hour. Any way to disable that? I want them to last longer than an hour. Maybe it’s a problem with my bluetti power station. It’s a 1024wh so plenty of power though…
