I’m beyond impressed! These boots are incredibly l

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tried the KEEN Men’s Hightrail Waterproof Hiking Boots in Brindle/Oak Buff, and he’s really impressed! He mentioned how comfortable they felt right from the start, with no need to break them in. The fit is great, offering excellent support during long hikes. He also appreciated how durable they are, easily handling rough and uneven terrain. The traction stood out to him, especially on slippery trails, and the waterproofing worked perfectly, keeping his feet dry in wet conditions. Overall, these boots are a great choice for anyone who loves spending time outdoors!

Amazing most comfortable boots

These boots are amazing. I am so impressed with the comfort and durability. I'm a female with 4X-Wide feet and struggle to find shoes of any kind that fit. I purchased these Men’s size 7 wide width hikers for a trip to Iceland. They are so light weight and comfortable. I did not get any blisters or pain from these. Wore them 17 days straight for 10-12 hours per day. Rain, major mud, waterfalls, climbing caves, walking over lava rocks, etc. They flexed with my feet and kept them dry. I walked 3-5 miles per day. I did not submerge in any streams nor hike major mountains just to level set. I never have been more impressed by a boot in my life. (55+) I would highly recommend these. This company is also military and law enforcement friendly. I purchased via id. me and received a discount as well since I'm a US Veteran. Much appreciated.

Most amazing hiking boots I’ve ever seen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW these boots are honestly beautiful to the eye. Not only that, but they are very durable during hikes while also being super comfortable and breathable. I’ve struggled with feeling like I’m going to slip while hiking on roots and wet leaves but these guys are AWESOME! No wetness soaking in either. 10/10!

Great Boot for hiking even everday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my husband and he loves them. He is an avid outdoorsman and took these camping and hunting this past weekend. They feel great, are warm and comfortable and we’re comfortable for long days and nights. They are so nice they could even be worn more dressed up.

Great shoe and excellent gift for the man in your

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From my husbands view: These hiking shoes are seriously impressive. The waterproofing actually works—I’ve walked through rain, mud, and even small streams, and my feet stayed completely dry. The grip is solid, even on rocky or slippery trails, and they’re surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy they feel. The cushioning makes long hikes way more comfortable, and my feet don’t feel as sore afterward. They also seem really durable, holding up well after multiple hikes. If you need a reliable pair of waterproof hiking shoes that can handle rough terrain, these are a great choice. Definitely worth checking out!

Supportive boot that should probably not be used i

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots fit well as I'm typically a 9.5 or 10 and the 9.5 fit perfectly. Since I got them in the late fall, I was able to use them in the snow to do some shoveling. They appeared to keep the water from the snow out, but they did not keep out the cold as my toes were quite cold. Additionally, I slipped around a bunch. However, it is important to note that they are not described as shoveling boots. For normal walking, they were comfortable and appeared to support my ankles well. They're stylish looking and appear well made. I look forward to trying them out for a hike when the weather warms up a bit!

Good all around hikers

These good all around hikers are reasonably lightweight, have excellent traction on all types of terrain including wet rocks, sand, and shale. Although white is not my preferred color they do cool the feet down in hot weather, a real advantage especially since they are water proof. Padding is excellent, fit great, and wide enough for my bunion problem. Shoe laces are good in that they don't tend to untie all the time. The only thing I noticed was a mild tendency to roll sideways if I stepped improperly.

My favorite Keen boot for daily wear.

I had previously reviewed the Targhee III as my favorite Keen boot, and it was until I bought the Hightrail boot at REI. The Keen Hightrail Hiking boot is my new favorite daily Keen boot. I've owned the Targhee, II, III, and IV. For me the Hightrail is the most comfortable and best fitting out of all of them for daily wear. I need a boot that's versatile in the fall, winter, and spring and can go from walking the dogs on concrete sidewalks, to the office, and light to moderate hiking. All in various weather like rain and snow. And the Hightrail is perfect for that. It's very lightweight and incredibly comfortable, almost like a running shoe. Very similar to my Keen Versicore Speed shoes that I wear in the summer. The toebox is slimmer than the Targhee so I had to go with a wide size to get the same roomy toebox. I wanted the Dark Earth/Oak Buff color but the only color available in wide is Brindle/Oak Buff. It's a nice neutral color so I'm happy with it. The traction seems great so far and I can walk the dogs on concrete sidewalks for miles without any foot or shin pain issues like I had with the Targhee's due to their harder outsole. Which is great for hiking and backpacking, but not urban environments. That's where the Hightrail shines. Overall, the Hightrail is a great all-around hiking boot that I wear every day in the fall/winter/spring.

I did have to replace the insoles, which I do for all of my Keen boots, for my plantar fasciitis. Even with the new insoles which are a little thicker, there's plenty of room in the toebox. Overall, the Hightrail is a great all-around boot that I wear every day in the fall/winter/spring.
