No, I do not recommend this product
I like to keep a little cycle cap cause i think it prevents hair breakage under the helmet, it’s a sweat catcher, and keeps my hair from sticking out this was was VERY small tho, and wouldn’t stay on my head. I returned it. It’s nice otherwise, but probably best for someone with a shaved head maybe
