Not for the curvy gals, unfortunately. At least in the jogger cut. Just received my order of charcoal and black, both in medium, and could not get them over my hips! :/ I’m 5’6” w a curvy athletic build and usually a solid size 8-10, but these just couldn’t get over my hips no matter how I shimmied myself. Not sure if the small sizing is due to the double fabric (fleece interior and waterproof exterior) on these pants, or if this is normal for this brand. Super bummed about the fit as I really like the quality, jogger style cut, and stellar deal ($34). Debating whether to exchange or return or keep as I lose weight. Consider sizing up if you get these. YMMV. Or get your usual size and the next size up, then return what doesn’t work.
I ordered XL and suspect these run a bit small. The lining is soft but stretchy, and I had to make a few attempts to get my foot through as the lining was catching on my feet and blocking the opening. I love the pockets and I think these would be a great casual pant for the snow - size UP. Short inseam.
I LOVE THESE! I’ve spent a year in a specific target sweats because I couldn’t find any pants that looked AND felt good on my c-section shelf. I agree with the other reviewers to size up from what you’d usually wear. I’m on the cusp of l and xl and chose XL, but I was looking for a bit of snug support on my belly. Well they’re stretchy and feel great, while making me look nice. Definite confidence booster and excited to spend the rainy winter in these!
I purchased these pants explicitly for my trip to Antarctica to wear both under my drysuit and under my waterproof pants and extremely happy I did. They are warm, comfortable, and easy to put on. Would purchase them again.
Warm comfy pants. They are insulated so perfect for walking the dog in cold winter days.
I love these pants. They arrived yesterday in the late afternoon. Just in time for my trip to Spain where the temperatures will be on the low side. They fit and feel great, though I feel like I look wide in them. Nevertheless, they will be awesome to keep me warm in the cold. They feel so soft, amazing. Make sure to use the size measurements so to order the correct size. I got a large at 145 lbs. and 5'6" and they are great. Looking forward to many outings in the cold.
These pants are absolutely fantastic in cold weather. I wore them every singe day on my trip to Spain which would have been miserable without them in the cold. I was in the meseta region where the wind blows like crazy and these pants let nothing through. Absolutely awesome material.
First, I getting these as a Christmas gift for my husband to give to me (yes, its way more efficient that way) so while I did try them on, I haven't actually worn/used them yet. I still want to write a review because when ordering, I was very confused as to what size to get. The sizing chart had my waist between a L and XL but my hips between a M and L and contained no information about inseam length for each size (the general info about them list 29" no matter what size I selected in my cart. I'm 5'4", 145 lbs and usually wear a medium in pants, and my coupon was only going to work on one pair, so I risked it and went with a medium and I'm so happy I did because they fit perfectly. As to how I'll like them, they are definitely fully fleeced lined pants so I expect they'll be warm on a cold day's walk which is exactly what I wanted. I did notice that swish noise each step I take, like ski pants have. They're much less puffy than ski pants though, so the noise won't bother me if they keep me warm without all the bulk.
