Solid Softshell
Pretty burly soft-shell; guessing the optimum temp range would be upper 20's to upper 50s but yet to be thoroughly tested. Has some features not mentioned, i.e. detachable hood, drawcord hem & hood to tighten things down, velcro cuff adjustments. Pockets are all secure and the hand pockets have some good depth to them to keep stuff from falling out easily. Got a size medium; excellent fit for me (5"10; 170 lbs). Not baggy but still some room to layer up a little.
Love jacker, hood needs work
Love the jacket with exception of the hood. It really needs a means of adjusting the tear so it does not pull down over the eyes.
