I just ran a 10-miler today, and these shorts were exactly what I needed! I have thick thighs, and for the first time, running felt so light thanks to these. They didn’t roll up and were super breathable. I usually wear a medium, but sized up to a large for more room in the thighs—the adjustable drawstring at the waist made it fit perfectly. I just came back to look for more colors. If you’re on the fence, try them!
Great fit!
I've looked for a quite a while for the perfect 2 in 1 running shorts and I've never found them. Until now! These fit like a dream! I tested them out on a shorter run before committing to more miles. Today I ran 11 miles in them and they needed ZERO adjusting! So comfortable and stayed in place the whole time. For reference, I'm 5 ft 6, 150 ish lb.
Based off initial fit & comfort
I’m not too sure why everyone is reviewing these shorts negatively! I have a pretty thick lower body & the liner short were too snug or uncomfortable at all, they’re the exact opposite in fact. I weight 180 lbs, & again, being on the thicker side, these shorts are exactly what I want, & I wish they’d bring them in more colors! They’re super airy & light & have the perfect amount of coverage to prevent any chafing. I look forward to my runs in these!
Great shorts.
There are great shorts. Fit is true-to-size. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and light. The lining shorts don't ride up and are a great length for those of us who don't love the vanishingly-short shorts usually offered to women. The side leg pockets comfortably fit a phone on one side with a pocket on the other side for extra storage. The shorts could only be improved by making the waistband a little taller so that the waistband pockets were more useful. The zipper pocket is big enough to fit my ID but not the sweatproof pouch I usually carry it in. The side waist pockets can fit an AirPod case, keys, or (just barely) pepper spray but not energy chews, an anti-chafing stick, or gloves. For trail runs or long runs when I need to carry more stuff, I'll still need to use a running belt, but for regular weekday runs, I can leave the belt at home and be grateful for shorts that aren't embarrassingly short and have pockets.
Great overall but
I like these shorts. Airy, light material, lots of pockets, and they are a great length - not so short I get chub rub, but not so long they’re no longer shorts. The only thing I would change is they are too high-waisted for my preference. Not a deal breaker and I’m glad I got them but I would prefer 1-2” shorter. Oh and more color choices. I am 5’2”, athletic build, and usually wear 6/8 or medium. I got size M and they are true to size.
Manual Labor Approved
I work outdoors in the heat over the summers and have seriously struggled finding womenswear that suits the 100° & rigorous work. Modest / Flattering / Durable / Breathable / Functional. Only one day down but these shorts are SOLID. Might buy enough for a week! My only gripe is that the velcro from my gloves hanging has damaged the fabric. if you look closely the fabric has breathe holes so its just a little delicate. I don’t mind too much, are that good in the heat! I felt like I was naked how breathable they are. 5’4 160lb 26 Yrs.
Love them
My current favorite 2-in-1 short! No adjusting needed, comfortable and flattering. I wear a 8/10 and got a medium. Please make in a dodger blue/ice blue color!
Check the measurements!
I normally wear a size 12/L, but I like to size up with athletic wear, so I ordered XL. I couldn't even get them over my thighs! Turns out I would have needed at least a 1X (size 18) according to the size chart. Measure yourself first and don't rely on what you normally get!
Great fit and BlueSign material
Always love a 2-in-1 short and these are the best because they are BlueSign material! So I am not absorbing harmful chemicals when I sweat it these. Very comfortable and the inner lining hugs my legs so it stays in place.
