Cotopaxi  Allpa Getaway Duffel Bag - 70 L

I'm not one to splurge on myself. I am an EMT/firefighter and a full-time college student. I need a bag for my bunker gear, my EMS clothes, extra clothes, and boots for college. I live out of this bag. I was searching between Patagonia, north face, and Cotopaxi. I ended up going with the Cotopaxi, and I'll tell you what, I made the right choice. I love it! its BIG. I haven’t used this for travel yet but so far it seems fantastic and just what I wanted. Love the colors and the textures of the material. It is very well made. And the size and compartments are exactly what I was hoping for. So far it seems like it’s worth every penny which is good cause I believe I’ll soon be living out of it as a seasonal working nomad.

This bag rips ! I use it for the gym, which some may say could be overkill. They would be wrong. Fits my sneakers, the belt of power, snacks, shaker, with room enough for a pterodactyl youngling.

Love this, this is just for a plane trip, but It involves cars planes 3 locations .

Love my Getaway duffel. Perfect for offseason storage of mine and my kids' ski gear, or packing the whole family's gear for a long weekend camping trip.

I love the back pack straps, makes it easy on my bad back! Colors are fun too :)

Getting ready to take my first trip with the Alpha Getaway. I really like it and should fit my needs perfectly. Two very minor things…the snaps on the piece that holds the handles together were really difficult to snap,together. And while imagine it’s a strength issue, I’d like to see buckles on the lower end of the backpack straps so they’re easier to get in and off as I don’t want to leave the straps on when I check it for flying. But both of those are me being really picky!!

Took the duffle on first trip to the wilds of Idaho last week, really appreciated the ability to “use” as a large backpack allowing free hands for the mountains of items the rest of the family brought along! Impressed with the ruggedness of the materials and ability to fold it away for easy storage both during the trip and afterwards. Bought one for my wife too and she was easily able to carry on her back so only good news for me !!

I travel for work weeks at a time on a boat, and this bag is perfect! It fits everything I need for 6 weeks and then packs down to nothing for storage onboard! The material feels strong but light, and the backpack straps a huge plus for hauling through the airport. I think it's going to be a great bag for my extended trips!
