Still looking

The fit is good for my smaller face shape but the nose pieces do dig in a bit which becomes uncomfortable during longer duration activities. I chose the Polarized ChromaPop Opal Mirror lenses and found they have a glare. The tint is super heavy on the yellow - which I thought I’d like previously having the Bronze colored lens. The Founder Slims were by far the best frames for me and I miss the old lenses. Would love to see these back in the line up for smaller face frames. I’m still convinced Smith has some of the best tech and quality around, and an excellent warranty program that absolutely justifies the cost.

Fantastic!

After having suffered through countless cheap pairs of sun glasses, I finally caved to spend a little extra money on Smith. I’ve gone running, hiking, and climbing with them on... and... as expected... they performed great (no slip and great color)! I am very impressed by smith in general and would be extremely happy to make another purchase from them in the future. Cheers to nice sunnies! :beers:

Matte tortoise is black.

The color is way off for the matte tortoise. You can see from my picture that they’re black and have no tortoise in them unless you take them off your face and hold them up to the sun. I love the chromapop lens (nice and clear), but it wasn’t offered in the shiny tortoise color. I’m having some buyers remorse unfortunately because I wanted them to look like the website picture.

LOVE

I looove these glasses. I have a larger square face so I always get nervous glasses will look small on me, but these are perfect. The chroma pop is definitely worth it and so clear. They’re light weight, but feel sturdy and would be tough to break if you accidentally dropped them or something. Would definitely buy again and recommend

Great for fishing

I finally broke down and got these after some research. I spend a lot of time at the beach, saltwater fishing. These are very light and the nose piece grips well so they don’t slide down my nose like most others, especially with sunscreen. They have great protection even for peripheral vision without looking curved and too sporty. They have a pretty low profile and fit well with a baseball hat which has also been a problem for me in the past with frames that are a little too big. The color contrast looking into the water is absolutely amazing. I could see fish nobody else could see! Totally wild and 100% worth it. My husband now wants a pair after comparing mine with his regular polarized sunglasses.

Smith has delivered a solid pair of sunglasses again. Love the classic look of all black and the functionality of the polarized lenses on the water.

Versatile Style

I bought these as a gift for my husband, I wasn't sure if they would look too feminine as there are really not great pics on the website of men or women wearing the glasses. Smith - this would really be great to add. We got lucky, as we live in Rwanda, and did not have to return them as they fit his face perfectly. He enjoys the chromapop feature the best as it enhances the colors. They are very comfortable and they also look good on me when I forget mine and need to steal his. Great glasses overall.

My New Favorite Sunglasses

I just ordered these for the brown polarized lens color for fly fishing in the Bahamas and they were great! The lens reduces the sun's strain on your eyes really well, even in the tropics! I was looking for a stylish frame (and something similar to the Cheetah frame) that would still work for fishing and these were just that! Even better, the nose has a little rubber grip on it to help them stay on your nose which is great for fishing or other activities.

If my house was on fire, I would grab these

I wear these literally every day, even when it's not sunny. The frame is crazy light, stays put during sweaty hikes/bumpy downhills, chromapop lenses make me feel like a superhero and the small shape fits my face. I had them for four years before the frame recently broke and Smith covered it with their warranty. One thing to note, this shape does let in light when fishing, so depending on the time of day you're on the water, expect some glare.

perfect overall sunglasses

I switched to Smith after I lost a pair of Electric Zombies, and it was a great switch. The nose piece is great and keeps the glasses in place, even when skiing, running, etc. Love the shape and the matte tort is a nice color for the frames. Definitely a solid everyday pair of sunnies, the chromapop polarized lenses are a nice tint for any activity.
