I LOVE THESE PANTS

Listen y’all, I’m a fluffy girl and if you’re fluffier like me you know the struggle of finding Arc’teryx pants that actually fit nicely. To be fair, my only experiences before trying these were the shell pants and the gammas. But I found the Kragg pants locally in my suspected size (in jeans I’m a 14 but find I have to size up in this brand so I got the 16s). A little background on me I’ve lost over 100 lbs so I have loose skin all over and a noticeable apron belly. And let me tell you, these pants fit so well and are so flattering that they hide those flaws. I could probably even size down if I wanted to. I wear them for work, hiking, etc. I absolutely love them! I need them in every color!

The perfect do-anything pant

I am obsessed with this pant. They are beyond comfortable and perfectly functional for almost any activity. I wear them as lounge pants at home, for travel days, and hiking. I have even worn them mountain biking and they held up just fine. The zip pocket is perfect and fits a phone. The fabric is fast drying and looks goooood. Love 10/10

Favorite pants

These pants are my go to for every adventure. Ideal for climbing and hiking. I have used them for search and rescue operations when doing high output in dry weather. They also make for comfortable travel pants. I love that they are made from cotton, making them breathable and more comfortable than synthetic materials. I would love to see arcteryx offer more products made with cotton. They have something added for a bit of stretch which helps them keep their shape and durability. Just a tad bit more elastane for stretch would be perfect. Also for those very tall like me the tall is size great but if you need even more length the hem can be let down another 4 inches. I hope they bring back the color black.

10/10 recommend

I was looking for a loose pant that I could wear both top roping / leading and bouldering, and these have not disappointed. They’re roomy at my usual size, and I can wear them for casual errands as well. Super happy!

Great “active day” pants!

Love these pants! Perfect for day hikes, playgrounds, easy bike rides, and travelling. The cotton blend is quiet and soft, but still dries quickly and feels light and durable. The purple colour is really nice, but I wish more options were available. That coral colour that’s popular right now would be awesome, or blues or grey. I am between a 4-6 usually, but fall into the 6 range on the size chart, sized down to a 4 based on reviews, and it was the right choice. The fit is the perfect amount of relaxed without being oversized.

Multifunctional Wear

These pants are very comfortable and easy to wear. Although they are listed as a climbing pant, they can be dressed up or down for casual wear, a professional setting and would be fantastic for travel. I bought several pairs for work and play. They are designed to be loose fitting for climbing which is part of their appeal. At 5'2 and 120lbs I bought a size 4 in the short version which can be worn full length or rolled up. I prefer wearing neutral colours and the most recent purchase in the forage green will be great for summer wear. I could have dropped to a size 2 but i prefer my pants to be on the loose fitting side for mobility. They feature a drawstring at the waist which helps if you have a small waist and muscular quads. They fit an athletic build elegantly!

No Notes - Keep these around please!

These pants are great! The perfect cotton climbing/trekking pant. 10/10 no notes. The material is sturdy without being bulky or hot. The cut is loose without being baggy. The waistband is so comfortable under a harness or waist strap. Pockets are deep, and the addition of the secured zip side leg pocket is great. I honestly love these pants. I really cannot say enough about the material; it holds up under friction, doesn't hold chalk or dirt. I wore these on a multi-day climbing trip that put them through the ringer, and they honestly did not disappoint. I also own the cotton Clarkia pant and would highly recommend these to anyone who likes those. I ordered my normal size in the Kragg and one size down in the Clarkia for reference and both fit perfectly with room to move.

Phenomenal pants

Absolutely amazing and agree with other reviewers! I actually never thought to order this but wanted something different from my usual go to pants for summer and end of summer season. WOW that’s all I can write! Material is incredible, the fit is very forgiving and flattering, and the comfort wearing this is beyond. I am usually size 6, ordered size 4 and 6 and kept size 4. I am ordering the green one to have two pairs. Arc’teryx keep this pants in your rotation!

BUY THEM

Absolutely love the fit of these pants. Finally Arc'teryx isn't make stuff that is too small for athletic bodies! Love the elastic, pull-on waist of these pants. Would definitely call them a true regular fit through the leg, not too wide and not too fitted. Love the stretchy cotton material, I will be wearing these all the time! Please make more women's pants in this material !! I am 5'5" and the regular length is perfect.

My New Favorite Pants

Absolutely LOVE these pants! So comfortable and breathable. I wish there was an adjustable cuff since I'm on the shorter side, but would just be a "nice to have" since they're not too long to wear without, even on my 5'2" frame. Women's sizing tends to fluctuate with each product/year but I am around 165 and a size 10 was comfortably roomy without being too baggy. Getting more colors for sure!
