Yes, I still would because it's comfortable.
I use it to wear it out casually or over my scrubs. The only thing I would change is the fit of the shoulders. Small are too wide, XS are too narrow. There's no in between.

Comfy oversized fleece
This is a comfortable fleece but keep in mind that it’s oversized. I bought it for layering under a snowboarding jacket which works well, just wish the sleeves were not as wide / flappy. Would probably not wear it on its own due to this.
30 degrees... I'm not cold, you're cold!
30 degrees... I'm not cold, you're cold! Today's high temp barely hit 30°, so what better a day than today to test my new jacket! It was a bit windy with light snow and as long as the jacket was zipped up fairly close to my neck, it did a fantastic job keeping me warm. I didn't even shiver! In fact, I didn't appear to be cold at all. No wind was felt through any parts of the fleece, whatsoever, so it holds up to being wind resistant! I'm really excited and I love it!
Soft Fleece Jacket!
This is a nice soft jacket . The Indigo Plum/Virtual Blue is a beautiful combination. I would go one size up if you want a more relaxed fit. The zippered pockets and zippered chest pocket are great and I like the North Face logo on the front and back. The only negative comment I have is that the jacket arrived smelling very musty. I had to air it out as you can't return after you have washed it.
The Perfect Fit With Great Warmth
Fits perfectly, as described. My DIL loves it! She has worn it almost every day since receiving it for Christmas. Delivery was quick. The jacket is quality-made. It is thick enough to keep her warm in the 45-55 degree weather lately. I anticipate she will continue to wear it when the temperature warms, as well. And it's not bulky, so it is easy to drive and move in.
