I wear these for 12+ hours a day as a trauma nurse. They are the best shoes I could ask for. I don't feel anything (pain/discomfort) in my feet at the end of a long shift, accumulating over 20,000 steps. I wipe them clean when I get blood or other stuff on them, and the cleaning wipes don't discolor the fabric. The only gripe I have is that they can be a little noisy.
