I bought these for our Moab trip and absolutely loved them! Having shorts with the overall straps really help keeping comfortable on the trails.
Needs more strap adjustability
I always have liked Patagonia clothing. Love the overall material and construction- very durable material. The straps have 2 snaps to adjust the length to customize the fit. However I am 5'4" and the straps still were too long and the crotch of the overall shorts hung down 3-4" than necessary. Fit like a sack. I sewed the straps to make it fit. I also ordered a size smaller than I usually wear.
Wish it could have worked for me.
I really liked the fabric, a great summer weight. Unfortunately, the sizing did not work for me. I tried SZ M and L. I am only 5'2". The straps were too long and because of the snaps it made it impossible to shorten for a better fit. I recommend Patagonia clothing. I have some favorites I have worn for over 10 years.
