Successful fist sledding with the kids in PA!
The gloves worked great and kept my hands nice and warm in our first backyard sledding outing of the season with the kids! In fact, they kept my hands so warm and dry, I had to lie to my wife and say they didn't work on the phone so she had to be the designated photographer all day. I highly recommend the gloves as these are my second set. As you can see in the picture, I am also sporting the OR jacket. Big fan...
Appear very flimsy. Southback where are you?
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought these as a replacement for my burly old Southback gloves. Looks identical online. Compared to the Southback, these are made of very thin and lightweight material. The goat leather has been replaced by something plastic/foamlike and the body material is very thin. The sturdy old lanyards are now very cheap looking. I would not expect these to last very long. Sizing is also small. I will keep using my old Southbacks until something better is available.
Went to skiing for the first time and these gloves are phenomenal. Extra straps keeps them in place when you take them off for any reason. The tips of the gloves are touch screen compatible, used them on my android and iOS device with no issues. I was hesitant at first to purchase due to some negative reviews but did not encounter problems with insulation, kept me warm the entire day. Would purchase again if needed.

Good option for winter
Winter time in the Midwest can be extremely unpredictable, so having a good pair of gloves among other winter gears is crucial. The Gore-tex provides the waterproof and the liners provide the warmth. A must have for anyone who likes spending time outdoor during the winter time. I've used this product on many trips, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, outdoor work and these still hold up after a few years.

Breathable but not very warm. Quantity issues too
Used them a handful of times for snowboarding, Goretex does a good job of keeping water out and venting some sweat. I don't find them very warm and find my fingers cold on the chairlift. Quality also seems to be an issue as one of the cinching toggles broke around the wrist. In addition, the palm material on the other one is already starting to wear out.

Great gloves, but run small to size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great gloves so far. I have a couple pairs of XL Outdoor Research gloves, but these are quite a bit smaller than the others for some reason. The others, and OR gloves I've had in the past, have all been similar, but these are definitely smaller in every way.
good glove
good glove overall, i like the pocket on the back of the hand for storing a RFID lift ticket. Nothing super special but have lasted for two seasons just fine. With the wrist retention was a little more refined and the pocket was just a little larger.

Great Gloves
Great all-rounder glove. Used mainly for daily snow removal/shoveling and casual outdoor recreation. Holds up great in the frigid northern Canadian winter. Love the camo colour!
Great glove, warm, dry, fit is great. My only concern is conduction. Seems a bit flimsier than some of the other gloves from OR and I'm curious to see how long they last.

The snowboard glove that has it all!
Outside of keeping your hands warm these gloves, have pockets on them, are durable, And have a great style to them. I would definitely buy these again.
