Stayed warm but not for 10 hrs

I personally love that I don’t have to open two separate areas because I am using two…one for each hand. The package is slick and eye catching. They warm up fairly quick but I feel like they only stay HOT for about an hour before they just become “warm”. I use them for skiing and ice climbing so help maintain body heat and I definitely stay comfortable but just wish they kept their heat a little longer. I use them for my 3hr shift at the farm and it’s been really cold, like single digits, where we live so shoveling frozen poop has been a LIFE SAVER with these hand warmers. Only gave them a 4 star because I don’t think they hold true to the 10 hr warmth claim.

Used them in Sweden during a 110km trek

I did a backpacking trip up the Kungsleden in Sweden this past August, it rained for the first 3 days and the evenings were cold, even with the "midnight sun" being up. These hand warmers saved the trip by keeping my hands, feet, and other parts warm and comfortable. Like that they can be used multiple times, and that they're compostable; when I reached the Abisko Lodge at the end of the trek, I tossed them in their compost pile without an issue. Highly recommend them!

Great but

The first pair are great, so glad someone came up with the resealable bag, I was using zip locks before this. I gave a 4 star because 2 in the package where bad, already solid before opening.

Ski Instructor Go Kit

I teach adults and children to ski and enjoy the mountains. Many are first timers and a lot of the kids' parents are not mountain or ski folks, so the kids are frequently unprepared, and people with cold hands do not learn well. I always carry a few extra hand warmers with me to share with the students. The fact that they are reusable and biodegradable and the package is resealable is a premium feature that the parents really appreciate.

Not as warm as others

These take a while (15-20 min at an altitude of 9,000’+ here in Colorado) to warm up and then they are warm but not as warm as others. I read somewhere on this site that their pouches are not as breathable and so they last longer. The flip side is that at higher elevation where the %of O2 is much less, they don’t get very hot. I got a bag with 10 pairs and I’ll use them up and go with another brand. While I appreciate what they are trying to do, they should indicate that these are not so great at higher elevations. They be awesome on the coasts, but not for the high Rockies.

Camping is cold

I gave these hand warmers a shot because, well, why not?! They say they are reusable and are just as good as the other ones which you end up throwing away sooner than you’d like to. It’s a win win….if they work. Well hot danggit, they do work! I used a pair of them camping, to warm my hands at night before getting into the tent, and the same pair worked for multiple nights in a row. Nice job, I am sold!

Good product poor packaging.

These warmers work well, I only gave them 2 stars because your forced to open 2 warmers at a time. Their selling point is warmth cheaper, not if their packaged 2 in a pack and you waste one if not used in 2 days. I suppose that's the sales tactic, force people to use 2 and you'll sell more warmers...but not to me. I bought once...I'll buy Hot Hands next time so I can use one at a time.

Blew this skeptics mind...

I was skeptical cause I've always used the hot hands ones but these are way better, lasted longer AND could reuse them. If you're planning on being out in some REALLY cold weather, have generally colder hands like I do or are going to be out multiple days and don't want to have to pack a bunch of packages then these are the way to go. Honestly zero reason to NOT choose these.

Worked over and over again

I'm not really a hand warmer guy, but my family was in Whistler during some record cold temps and we needed all the help we could get. The whole fam and hand and toe warmers going. These really helped us have an enjoyable trip. We could only take riding for about a half day at a time, it was awesome to zip them back up and use them the next 2 days.

Toasty

These work great for camp and everyday use. I always leave some in the center console and trunk for emergencies. Majority of the time it's used by my girlfriend, she's always cold. Always. So I always have these laying around the house by the door. She works early and in the field so when she arrives at her sites it's nice and toasty. Works great
