[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic trail sneakers. Lightstrike midsole cushion and Gore-Tex waterproofing tech is superb. Fit and comfort is spot-on and the heel-to-toe drop is just right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not sure about the toungue stitched to the insole. For me it doesn’t work. To tight across the arch. However I understand that the main reason for goretex shoes is that you need to creat an waterproof area but by doin that it prevent the fitting.
It is Perfect for my muddy Saturday Parkrun Shoe. Fits and comfort are as expected and looks good and strong.
When will Adidas use good Goretex again? New Goretex: wears out faster, feet sweat more, less comfortable.
Great quality. Sizing ran a little big so maybe order normal size and half size down to compare. Returned mine because felt they were just way too bulky on foot. Wanted something lighter and more streamlined
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great trail running / hiking shoe. Having come from a rival brand this is my first time owning an Adidas trail running trainer. first impression were they come up 1/2 a size smaller and they took about a week for me to properly break in and my body posture to adjust to them. however after the 1st week these are now super comfortable, have amazing grip and totally waterproof. would highly recommend.
Excellent comfort. The stability is superior to that of mostly every other trail shoe I have tested. Excellent traction. The Continental tread is definitely a factor. The only thing I will caution against is the quality of the insole. There is little to no support or contour to this part of the shoe. I would replace these with after-market options immediately upon purchase and before running.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultimately I returned the shoe but not because there was anything wrong with it. I just wanted something a little diffferent. Anyway, the shoe felt great and appeared to be well made. There is a band across the middle of the tongue that makes putting them on the first time a little strange. Cuff at the ankle is a nice feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got first the non-goretex version which I really like (bought two pairs). First of all, the fit and the comfort is fantastic for my foot type. Then I wanted to have something for colder and wetter days. Hopefully, the midsole will not harden too much in the winter as it is a regular lightstrike foam.
This shoes is so good and comfortable to wear. I wear it as a work shoes daily and it is so flexible and protective, The Lightstrike cushioning is a little bit harder than Boost but it gives you a strong feeling to hold the ground and it is very important for outdoor trail. Would recommend this shoes.
