Not new to air tents, I've hd a lamps Kampa studland 8 air for about 5 years. It's been great for us and all the kids, but now they're grown I was looking for something slightly smaller and easier to manage.. Hopefully better ventilated as well. I did the research and came back to the Evo tm v2 or the pro tm v2. Due to the fact I wanted the ground sheet, uv cover and front door/awning.. and my typical camping environment (high temp/high humidity) I ended up with the Evo. Also saved a little money. By far, the best tent I've ever used. Very versatile for my temperate region and very ventilated. Very well thought out design. Doesn't take long at all for 1 person to put it to and take it down/pack it up.
We absolutely love our Evo TM V2 - best tent we have ever owned. No fuss putting it up or taking down super quick. Safe and secure even in high winds and down pours. Plenty of room and feel proud to have it up!!!
I have been using the Evo TM V2 tent for a couple of years and found it to be excellent. Tent pitching and packing up are easy. It is a very functional size for a couple, small group or small family. I have used it in winter in the Snowy Mountains where it withstood strong winds without problems. It's 'bomb-proof'. The tent design and construction is very high quality. The only down-side is that it can get quite hot in summer and could do with more ventilation up high. I have been camping and bushwalking for 50 years and this is by far the best car-camping tent I have ever seen or used.
When the north westerly wind blows you had better watch out. I have seen many tents destroyed over the years in far less windy conditions. I have seen the tent completely flattened on the ground with a gust of wind and pop back up I un damaged. The tent was easy to put up and pack down is practical and well designed. My only fault is that as I was blowing up the tent the first time the nozzle that attaches the pump to the tent snapped but there was another that fitted it just meant my wife had to hod the nozzle into the tent valve. Overall it is an outstanding product.
Spent a week camping in Raglan & Hahei in our new Evo TM this summer & am in love with this tent! Just had myself and a 6yr old so it was super spacious for two of us, could have had another adult & it still would have been roomy. The living area comes in handy at night to escape the bugs & play board games and the side access door made transporting gear in and out from the car a breeze. We opened up all the vents as it was quite warm and the side door also helped here to offer more airflow. Was stoked to get a sleep-in due to the darkened bedroom pod & having the ability to have a seperate bedroom to my daughter. It rained a fair few nights in Hahei but not a drop found its way inside the tent. Unbelievably easy & quick to inflate/pitch & pack away. Will be using this tent a lot over summer 10/10!
These tents are fine if you wish to stay somewhere for several days or more, but they are heavy and not easy to set up, especially for one person. The fact that the tubes must be inflated separately means the tent becomes unbalanced when one tube is inflated. Because it is heavy, it then becomes hard to handle. Also, the company refuses to accept returns of packages that have been opened, so I woul not buy direct.
We was on our way to buy a new tent, this time we had set our sights on an air tent. On the way to another well known branded shop we decided to pop into Fishing & Hunting. When we saw the quality of this tent we had to have it. The thought that's gone into to this tent is outstanding. So easy to put up and take down and the features go well beyond what we set out to buy that day.
I recently used the Zempire EVO TM V2 on a camping trip and was impressed with its ease of use and well-designed features. The tent was easy to set up and take down, and the vestibule was particularly handy for storing our gear. Highly recommended for any camper looking for a reliable and affordable tent.
The Zempire EVO TM V2 is a great family tent that has plenty of room for everyone. The tent was easy to set up and take down, and the materials are high quality. I particularly appreciated the spacious vestibule, which kept our gear dry and organized.
Fantastic tent for summer camping trips. The ventilation is excellent, and the materials are high quality, making it durable enough to stand up to the elements. The tent was easy to set up and take down, making it a great investment for any camper.
