Solid starter skis
I came back to this link a year after buying these skis to share it with another parent, and noticed there are no reviews. My preschooler has grown 3-4 shoe sizes a year, and she's been able to strap these skis onto whatever her current boots are and scoot around effortlessly in the park and on proper cross-country trails. It's been enough to get her comfortable on the snow while she's learning, although cross-country instructors have encouraged us to use the rentals provided for lessons because they have more flex and a better kick that she'll be able to take advantage of as she gets better. Still would enthusiastically recommend these as starter skis for a kid who's growing fast and just starting out with a goal of building confidence.
