I've worked at LLBean and Gander Mtn (when they were into camping) Bought this for quick and easy assembly and short stay camping. It's great...really easy to put up and take down. Yes, get a tarp for ground cloth...makes ANY tent last longer and keeps it clean. The fly offers great rain protection and 2 full doors are nice. Would be nice if there were some pockets on the inside, but no biggie. Well worth it.
