Worked well for exercise beyond sking

Worked well for me. 1) Stayed up over calf during a 1.5 hours of exercise including climbing up over 700 steps. 2) Tried them walking in my Birkenstock sandals and they were just right unlike some of my other socks. 3) In both cases, the socks did not bunch up or slide about. Wicked seat well. So no blister concerns. No odor so far. 4) only negative is I'd like a bit more toe & heel cushioning. Now have a bought a couple more pair as they're on sale and work well. Note I bought size XL. In a Darn Tough, I take a L, while in Smartwool, I take XL.
