good flavor, not a ton of electrolytes
Overall good, tastes just like a green jolly rancher. Not great if you want carbs and electrolytes but tastes good and has a decent amount of carbs. I’ll bring 3 on a long run, so definitely can get cost prohibitive.

Strawberry Lemonade YES, all day! Green Apple NO- this flavor had a bitter aftertaste and not enough sour, and felt like a brick in my stomach.
