Not capilene quality
I don’t know how this 100% polyester shirt slipped past me. For some reason, perhaps because of the capilene name, I thought this was going to be a material that wouldn’t derail pretty immediately. I’ve washed it twice and it already is nubbed up.
Pilly fabric
I feel the cut of the shirt is nice, but the fabric pilled everywhere, immediately.
Shows sweat and not very breathable
This shirt immediately shows sweat and not just on the underarms but also cleavage sweat. It didn’t wick or dry quickly either. I didn’t even wear it out for a hike or bike ride, just walking around on a hot summer day. I like the style and cut of the shirt but it’s advertised as a cool trail shirt and there wasn’t anything cool about the fabric.
Favorite shirt for hiking and biking
I bought this on a whim and it is my favorite shirt for mountain biking and hiking. It has a casual look but performs well so I can transition from an activity to beers without looking absurd. So soft and the cut is very flattering.
