This is my first ski pack, but the more I use it, the more I appreciate it. Compartments are well designed - in addition to places for rescue gear and a generous back compartment, I love having snacks and chapstick accessible from the waistbelt and the zippered areas in the top pouch for things I worry about falling out. Accessing gear and layers is fast and easy while adventuring. Weight distribution is very comfortable and the pack stays securely in place; the Gregory hip belt continues to be my favorite across the multiple adventure packs I own and use. Strapping system for skis is high quality and intuitive - and the pack is still very comfortable to maneuver in with them attached. Huge fan!
