UPDATE: The Feedback/Warranty page on HH's website doesn't even work. What a joke. You know how Adidas or Nike will sell "leisure" or "fashion" shoes in addition to their running, sport, and hiking shoes? The ones that look athletic but are really only good for grocery shopping? That's this jacket. I bought it in May 2025 and have worn it a handful of times over the summer, including on some light hikes. By October 2025, it's pilling, I can see pulling threads, and a seam has ripped. It's cozy as heck but don't think for a second this is a durable outdoorsy jacket. I’m really disappointed in Helly Hansen and now understand why my crochety old man is always saying how HH quality aint what it used to be. I got this jacket at a steep discount ($160 with coupons) and will enjoy it for grocery runs, but I'll never buy another Helly Hansen item again.
I bought this jacket in part because the picture shows a pocket on the chest. There is no pocket!! If you want that as a feature you’ll be disappointed.
I just got this grey hoodie jacket and it fits well for the most part except the pits feel a little snug even though I’m on the smaller side. I’m 5’4 at 113lbs so if you’re much taller and or wider then you might want to size up to a medium. Overall,, it’ll get the job done so I’m keeping it.
Are you kidding???? I tried ordering this jacket 3 times during the sale, and each tine you cancelled my order without a word. No text, no email, nothing. The 3rd time you emailed saying my order was against the "Terms and Conditions", which to this day I have no idea what you meant. Customer Service (each time!!!) was of no help. I have been a member for 35 years, and this is the first time i have this happen. And now you want me to review the item? Are you joking? Time to improve your web store and order handling. You should concentrate on that first.
Great jacket! Bought it hoping for a quality mid layer for hiking/mountaineering/every day use and it exceeded all expectations! Fit pretty true to size and was incredibly comfortable for a great price.
