Cleat good / compatibility bad

From what I can tell these seem to be of good quality. I wanted to write this review however to flag that these will NOT work with shimano spd-sl pedals. My specific pedal (PD-7610) says it works with Look style but alas they do not work with these. Please research compatibility outside of REI to make sure these will work with your pedals.

make sure the cleats fit
make sure that the cleats you buy work for the bike shoes that you have/buy. And then make sure that they fit the bike pedals that you want to use them for. 3 trips to REI- I ended up having to buy on Amazon (which I really try to avoid)
