I’ve been using the Yeti Yonder 25 oz for a while now and it’s quickly become a favorite. It’s very light, easy to bring along, and still feels solid, exactly what you’d expect from Yeti. One thing I really appreciate is the flat side of the bottle. It might seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference. You don’t have to deal with it rolling away every time you set it down. I also like that it has two different openings. The wide one makes it easy to fill and clean, and the smaller one is perfect for drinking without spilling. A simple and well thought out design that works great in everyday use. All in all, it’s a smart bottle that delivers both function and feel.
Cool bottle, pretty tough and durable. Great place to display my stickers. But.... It leaks like crazy. The main seal of the top is fine, but the smaller opening that you drink from leaks constantly. No matter how tight, it will leak.
I love my Yeti water bottle it holds an adequate amount of water and I changed the cap to the straw because it was easier for me at work. The opening is wide enough for icebubes
Recommend placing rivets in the cover cap that fit directly on the bottle to enable the users ability to transition from wide mouth to spout.
Power Pink is a beautiful fuschia pink. The plastic is lightweight, but sturdy. Plastic has no insulation therefore the bottle does not keep water cold for long. Ice melts quickly. It makes condensation/sweat. You cannot place hot liquids because it can melt the plastic. It’s fine for room the temperature water. The chug lid keeps the bottle from leaking. It’s also helpful for carrying inside a bag or purse. I also ordered the Yonder straw lid for quick sips while driving. The bottle fits inside the cup holder.
Easy to hold and easy to drink from. Nice and slim—Fits well in my car’s center console cup holder as well as the undersized door pocket bottle holders. Fits well in my work messenger bag. The Tether Chug cap is great on the 25 oz bottle as you don’t feel like you might dump it all over yourself like I do with my 46oz insulated Rambler. The Tether is great because it swings out of the way when you open it, and then rotates away from your face as you go for a drink. My old Nalgene’s lid hits me in the face if I don’t keep my guard up. The plastic is very high quality with zero scent or taste. I really like this bottle.
I'll start by saying I love this bottle. BUT... Within 3 weeks I had warping on my chug cap. It's progressively gotten worse to the point where I can hardly get the cap on or off. I haven't put this in the microwave, dishwasher, left in a hot car or put hot liquid into the bottle. I haven't dropped the bottle and there is barely a scratch anywhere to be found. I've just reached out to costumer service for a replacement, but it definitely concerns me as to the longevity of bottle as a whole.
The screw in the middle of the bottle leaks even when tightening to the max- missing a washer? I use grape water enhancer and when I shook the bottle, I was sprayed from the leaks coming from the center screw top. The top cap seals perfectly. It doesn't fit inside my 911 cup holder so I have to put it on my seat. However I don't feel comfortable laying it on its side as I am afraid it will leak on my leather seat. .I sent it back and am waiting for a replacement. Hope new one doesn't leak.
I’m curious if anyone else has had issues with the bottle cap deforming after a month or two? I bought this water bottle in February and am already having to buy my third replacement cap as the cap deforms and eventually leaks. I have dropped it a couple times but not any more than I have dropped other Yeti products in the past with no damage.
Huge fan of this YETI water bottle! I feel like I’m very particular about water bottles. I want a wide mouth that’s easy to clean, but a small drinking spout that helps me not spill. I hate straws because they always get gunky, and I wanted something that fits in a cupholder and is relatively easy to open and close one-handed when I’m in the car. I also really wanted a plastic bottle that helps me see the fill level. This has everything! I love the design and the color (I got the classic navy). It’s easy to fill and clean, and easy to drink from. If I don’t screw it too tight it’s simple to open with one hand, and the 25oz capacity fits a lot of water without feeling too heavy. Huge win, thanks YETI.
